Shipping Concerns for Privacy

I have added a new Shipping Concerns page under Buy Issues to explain HP MagCloud’s shipping procedures. This is the email response I got from their customer service department:

“All single or small quantity items are shipped in a clear sleeve if USPS is the shipping option that is chosen at the time of order.

Only larger orders above a certain weight use the large opaque bags or box depending on the size of the order.  If you prefer to ensure that the packaging conceals the contents, then you will need to choose one of the FedEx options which provide a cardboard package on small or single item orders.”

I am looking into other ways to address this in the future, perhaps even direct mailing copies myself for privacy-concerned customers. Please Email me at ModernDungeonQuarterly at gmail dot com if this is an issue for you, as I know the FedEx options are expensive.

The People and Privacy

Another week, a little more content. Today I posted a page about the people behind Modern Dungeon Quarterly. Take a look at The People under About Us.

More good news. I have secured the next dungeon. Master Doug has agreed to be profiled for our Spring issue. That’s a second in-home dungeon, hopefully we’ll end the year with two more public spaces.Drop me a line if you’d like to offer yours (budget, and therefore travel currently limited to Ohio-ish area).

And on the teaser front, my project for the week has been an article on keeping your dungeon away from prying eyes. How to protect your privacy, and your dungeon.

I also finally added the RSS feed links to the sidebar, sorry it took so long. Still working on the best ways to connect with you folks. Leave me comments with your suggestions. :)
